In the case of the Bulli Coal, the present-day structural trends and formation thickness trends show a strong inverse correlation and the residuals show a moderate inverse correlation; the correlations between the inferred Middle Triassic structure of the Bulli Coal and formation thickness are even stronger than those involving the present-day structure. In addition, opal has been found associated with Cretaceous palaeochannels in Queensland and Lightning Ridge. She then enrolled in the Faculty of Sciences Geologyand in transferred to the Comenius University in Bratislava where she graduated in under prof. It occurs from Grafton to Casino consisting of soft sandstone, siltstone and claystone.

Queensland also became the first Australian colony to establish its own parliament rather than spending time as a Crown Colony. Extension and breakup in the Tasman Sea beginning in the Late Cretaceous resulted in the current structural boundaries of the basin's eastern margin. Collectively, these features have created zones that allowed the passage of groundwater down from the surface, resulting in today's opal fields.

Many bores are unregulated or abandoned, resulting in considerable water wastage. After review of her principal sources and her resultant conclusion, he states that her analysis of the sources "is at best sloppy, and at worst blatantly dishonest.
